Bruce Hornsby - That's just the way it is
U2 - One
Martin page - House of Stone and Light
Eric Clapton - Wonderful Tonight
Simon and Garfunkel - The Boxer

All really famous songs, but ones I consider really beautiful songs regardless of what kind of music you like

Velvet Sky - Los Lonely Boys The entire self-titled album is masterfully recorded, and is music to an audiophile's ears. This is a gem that I don't believe was released as a single.

Before you die, you think THIS is one of the song's people need to hear?

Isn't this thread about listing songs that, well maybe not your favourite, have something absolutley increadiable about them?

Dylan, The Beatles... Los Lonley Boys?

I apologize for offending your sensitive musical tastes, and in the spirit of good faith, I decided to observe your suggestions and allow myself a trip into musical nirvana. But alas, I realized that your only contribution to this thread was a downer, and therefore lowered the overall quality of what I consider to be an enjoyable read.

My intentions were to only expose songs that cross musical boundaries so that people who might not normally listen to a certain genre would still be able to enjoy them. Unfortunately, I am handicapped in this endeavor by my apparent lack of age. By all means, suggest away to enlighten me.

Not sure how many people will agree with you here, but I am definitely one of them. This track is great.

Edit: Also, the Polyphonic Spree's "Hold Me Now" is another good one.

This is the most amazing song I have seen performed live, and I have seen a ton of live shows.

Pearl Jam - Daughter into It's O.K. by Dead Moon

The version of Daughter is very good, but cover of It's O.K. at the end is crazy good. There is something extrememly comforting and peacful about the phrase, "It's OK" and then add on top of that Eddie Vedder singing it just makes it really amazing IMO. I think it really shows the power of music.

I hope people check out the link and interested to see if others think the same or is it had to be there moments.
