I think the people who suggest you play 25NL are wrong. There is fierce competition and a horde of regulars at that level waiting to take your money.

If you can beat 1c/2c over 20k hands, move up to 2c/5c, then 10c/25c. But why oh why play at a high level when you haven't gained the confidence of beating a lower level?

[/ QUOTE ]Dude, you obv haven't even read the OP. He can beat $1/$2 and you suggest him to play 1c/2c for 20k hands? wtf

a good rule to follow I believe is the if you lose 3buyins just quit.

[/ QUOTE ]

If I followed this rule I would be quitting sessions every 5-15 minutes.

My initial deposit was only $200.

[/ QUOTE ]

This is a solid deposit for .05/.10NL. $1/$2NL is for the big boys...you are not worthy

How are you on these forums with 4300 posts telling me I have a gambling problem?

Nodody has every complained about a gambling problem if your a winner. The problem is you have not shown the discipline to do so. One important thing to remember about poker is that in addition to having poker skills most poker pros have been able to manage themselves reasonably well. This means not putting yourself in situations where you are likely to fail. One example would be having a bankroll that is one buy in deep. Without the discipline it really is irrelevant how good you play you will inevitably bust. In your case unless you are able to manage yourself properly there is 0 chance you will be successfull. The first step in your case is to swallow your pride and play stakes you are rolled for and move up steadily as your bankroll permits. If cannot take that first step how can you expect to avoid the upcoming pitfalls of poker swings?
