Of course it's not expensive over there but I think most posters on here would be unpleasantly surprised by the quality of life in Phnom Penh. There are nicer places to buy inexpensive property in southeast Asia than Cambodia. |

Las Vegas had amazing value a few years ago, but you can still do pretty well for half a mil today.

No pool yet, but I'm going to take Inyaface's suggestion and put in a lazy river before the end of next year. Irieguy |
