So...new development w/ the couch girl (as I will now lovingly refer to her):

My brother's friend (who I'm also now very good friends with) is in a performance of Grease on Friday night and my brother had to give up his ticket due to work commitments. So he asked me if I'd like to go and then come back to the afterparty afterwards.

I'm like hellsyeah o'course. So I'm around there one day and David (another guy who's in the show) says "oh before I forget, here's your ticket...(couch girl)'s got the other one so you two can go together".

I really don't want to spend a whole evening with that girl because she's insufferable to talk to for more than 10 minutes, but I might aswell give the friends w/ benefits thing one more shot. Just have to get drunk enough at the afterparty.

How long have you been seeing this gal? Is it too early to simply be honest and tell her how you feel and see where she's at? I know being that blunt isn't useful when going for quick hook up's, but it sounds like you'd like to date her. With longer term relationships, I think (and my experience has been), that simply being honest with each other is what works.

I knew her for about a month before she left. It just seems wrong to just say to her "I want something more out of our relationship"
Also, she obviously likes me. But I'm not sure I'd want a long term relationship with her. She's too unstable I think. And parts of her kind of bother me.

This is a very good point Kolo. Many times I have felt like this about a girl only to realise I didn't really want them specifically, just the attention and affection. Its good to be able to know the difference.

I really can't see what I liked about my last girlfriend now, but for the couple of months after we broke up I could think of nothing but how much I loved and missed her. so i lost my phone last wednesday.

yesterday i ordered a phone, it came this morning. i stayed up till 11am for it.
20 mins after i get the new phone working, cab driver calls me up and tells me he has my phone. HE CALLED THE NUMBER OF THE PHONE, NOT PERHAPS MAYBE TRYING INSTEAD THE MOTHERF*CKING LAST CALL LIST THAT IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE FOR AN INDIAN CAB DRIVER WHOS MASTERED BLUETOOTH HANDSFREE AS WELL AS PDA SAT NAV.


i now have two phones, one is blocked and my price plan is £10/month more expensive than before, oh and also its another 12 month contract rather than the rolling monthly one i had cos id come to teh end of my previous contract. this may not be a problem to most, but im getting the iphone as soon as it drops ldo

Hehe, its not like that at all and I know what Im doing its just I cant explain why I have sudden mood swings and stuff - like nothing triggers it.

Im not an agressive person and never have been so never get any violent swings and stuff.

Dont think its affected my poker over the last years or so. If anything it helps since I stay detached from it a lot of the times. Really good when you lose 6+ buyins in 1k hands or something and realise thats what my parents makes in a few weeks

Also, I have several friends who did psychology for their degree/their profession. The general concensus is that pretty much everyone has OCD/schizophrenia/some other condition to some degree or another. I know I do.

@wombre: your sure its not just puberty? I had alot of moodswings too and Im a little bit more balanced now, but still got the problem sometimes.. Dunno how old you are.
