They couldn't hold down a regular job because you want breakfast at 8am and then you might call them at 2pm and have them go shopping or call them at 10pm and have them go to Rubios. Too hard for her to make plans to do anything because she needs to respond to your beck and call. And then when you're out of town she's out of money.

Decent for a chick who just needs money for coke or something but not for someone who needs money to live.

THe people who think the pay is too low are idiots. THey aren't looking for a professional, full time assistant.

If you want this to work, you'll have to make the responsibilities more structured.
