As far as an episode without cartman goes, I thought it was pretty funny.

Wow, I didn't even notice up to now that Cartman wasn't included in the entire episode.

Watched once, wouldn't watch again, but enjoyable.

I also had a hard time eating my dinner while watching this episode.

Easily one of the worst episodes ever.

As mentioned, there were definitely some resemblences to King of Kong, but IMO, not really enough to call this a satire or parody of the movie. Which made me think the whole time, "are they trying to reference KoK here or is this just a coincidence?", which in turn, made the episode even worse for me.

The ending was not hilarious at all, it was just random. Bono breastfeeding was just over-the-top and rediculuous in a Family Guy type of way. I was just sitting there thinking "where did this joke come from and what does it have to do with the story?"

Just a random, boring, unfunny episode that didn't make any sense. I dunno, maybe I just didn't get it?

The first 15-20 minutes were pretty weak, don't think I laughed at all. But the last third of the episode was good and the whole Bono trying to be number one at everything because he doesn't want to be number two since he was concieved through taking a crap was pretty hilarious imo.

The best part for me though was when they were using ultrasound to monitor Randy's crap like it was a baby.
