Today I've lost with aces twice, chopped with them against AK once, lost with top set vs a gutshot and bottom trips vs a gutshot. And by FAR my biggest beat was signing up for the $3 rebuy without realizing it was a 20% payout schedule.
Golly, I sure hope I manage to come in 504th for that sweet dub-spot.

i lasted 13 days doing just tournaments.

made about 4k or so, but there is too much lifetilt in this industry. back to the comfyness of hu cashgames and tournaments whenever i feel like (read: Sundays)

Day 4 of the ME i get it allin preflop with JJ vs a guy squeezing from the SB with Q8o. Flop 8, turn 8 with flush redraw for me just to tease a little bit more. I said nothing when it happened but what it felt like was this:

out of 25 tournaments i did this summer in vegas i was the actual bubble boy in 3 and missed the ME cashout by 100 places.. the other 3 bubbles were in events where i got 7th which paid 0 whilst 1st paid over 100k
