Re: The \"Emperor\'s nose\" fallacy & poker

The next time you try calling someone "intellectually bankrupt" try spelling it right. I've found that it helps. And an intellectually bankrupt action would be adopting the argument of your opposition after you've been proven a motley fool by him, such as your "garbage in" backpedaling.
In any event, if you ever do come up with that grand theory alternative to replace "the fallacy" that the rest of us call hand reading, please spread it as far and as wide and to as many idiots as will listen. You apparently have at least one dolt ready to drink the kool-aid, which I find encouraging. Your muddled thought process, should it begin to infect others, may prove + EV to me yet. The only question is, will your proteges lose their money too quickly for all 2+2ers to share in the bonanza?

Useless. No alternative suggested. This is no more profound than "garbage in, garbage out." I agree with the Goose; if you are consistently adding too many weak hands to the range you need to adjust your thinking. Whats the alternative? Tea leaves and tarot cards?

This thread is going nowhere. If anybody wants to discuss hand reading, that would be fantastic. Feel free to start a new thread about it.
