Then for Dids to fully collect he has to be down to 31 by the end of the year? I am pretty sure that dropping 300 that much so quickly (without the stoamch stapeling) would not necessarily be healthy and Dids should not weigh 31 pounds. Otherwise great idea.

The first 100 pounds is heavily incentivized. Beyond that I just wanted to ensure that there was no point of no returns.

FWIW- my goal is basically 200 lbs. Given my frame and the fact that when I lift I put on muscle mass like crazy, me at 200 would be pretty reasonable. This may change as I get closer and still don't like things.

"Donations" with conditions

Larry David -> $10/pound (first 100 pounds) - $5 (next 200 pounds) to the five contestants if he weights < or = 165 pounds at the time of the payment.
DcifrThs -> $2/pound if the contestants achieve the challenge with healthy food

"Donations" for Dids

scrub -> $1/pound (first 100 pounds)
The DaveR -> $2/pound
MaxPower -> $1/pound (first 100 pounds)
Sponger. -> $0,50/pound (first 100 pounds) - $0,25/pound (next 200 pounds)

FWIW- The contestants can decide, but I'd prefer that this run till next may. Not so much 'cause I want money, but 'cause the continued incentive is valuable.
