O.K., let's do next month's challenge old school Iron Chef OOT style. If anyone has an incomplete entry (entree without app, dessert without anything else...) we'll just put them in a separate poll--a sort of Miss Congeniality contest. Sound good?

Thanks guys. This challenge was a lot of fun - and easy to submit to because I was grilling every chance I got over the last weeks of summer.
