So, by far the worst, most violent facemask I've seen in YEARS and not only does it save the game but it isnt even penalized because of a loophole. Wow, talk about your incentivising!

If they don't get him by the facemask I'm pretty sure he goes the distance there. There really should be *some* kind of disincentive for doing that. "By rule the penalty is disregarded?" WTF?
