Not sure if this is viable, but why doesn't someone startup a website that does all of the transfers like they do tourney dollar transfer websites at stars. Take 5percent vig and do all the transfers. Im sure you would need a pretty good reputation and a significant amount of cash on each site but at 200k in transfers a day is 10k. I think 200k is actually a low number once this took off. Someone out of U.S.A. for legal reasons, but I think its a definite possibility for someone who has the capital to do it. Getting money in and out of poker sites is extremely hard for some, and if someone could do it efficiently and in large amounts, I think it could work profitably.
