Just spent a long long time on phone with NT CS - asked every which way I could about US to Non-US peer-to-peer transfers - he confirmed that peer to peer was still working and that there was no indication of it beeing suspended.

Asked about how neteller would feel about me taking a p2p from a US customer and then to effectively transfer to him via poker site for instance - he said would be no problem - I'd offer this facility up to $1K on stars, but I'm most concerned about damaging my NT or stars account if transfers are clawed back for any reason.

On another note, my father has long since given up playing online poker, never to return to it, but still has a UK NT account currently under my care - any use to anybody? Obvious caveats apply
