Now my pending, unsettled, bet has been settled as a loser so I wasn't given a refund. I communicated online with live support. They said they had been instructed to tell clients to call during office hours about this matter. Very strange. I am glad it is only a $100 and not the $1000 Mansion.

I just checked my account. Zero problems. It was cancelled and no money was taken out of my account. I did not need to contact support.
