Where are all these AC advocates of murdering people for tresspassing then?

[/ QUOTE ] Sorry. Exchange "shoot" with any form of violence you prefer.

I'm just curious, but if some stranger comes into your house and stands over you at night while you are sleeping, do you think it is reasonable or justified to eject him by force if he refuses to leave willingly?

The boogeymen you people create for me are always totally insane. Why the hell is he doing that?

What does it matter? He hasn't touched you or done anything threatening. He simply doesn't accept your claim that this is your house or your property, and he is actively demonstrating his belief by standing there. You've asked him to leave but he refuses. Is the use of force (a.k.a. violence) by you or the police justified in order to eject him?

[/ QUOTE ] So he's doing it because he know I will hate it and to provoke me? I don't think I can be blamed for using violence to evict him in that case. If he's in my house because it's cold outside, or because he likes my bed better than his own, that's different. These things are not necessarily ok, but the appropriate reaction is not violence either.

So what form of violence do you advocate if I start to post Nazi signs in your front yard and campaigning for new recruits?

Or what form of violence do you advocate if me and some others start to have freaky monkey sex in your backyard and set up camp there?

*bkholdem makes note to self to consider snuggling up next to wtfsvi in his bed on one cold night this winter.

Better yet, bkholdem makes note to self to bring several homeless to wtfsvi's house (wheather he is home or not) and to help them set up camp there. Of course if his house sucks worse than the shelter I won't use force to make them go in.

[/ QUOTE ] I won't bring out my AK47 and make a bloodbath when I come home to you and your brand new homeless shelter, but if we live in a society where the action you suggest is frowned upon, you probably wouldn't do it.
