I think it's interesting that he is so deep in this tourny and not the others he entered.
In his blog he stated he was going to try to stay away from cheap buy-in events and NL events and focus on the other games and more expensive buy-ins.
Wonder if this will make him play more of the noon NL donkaments as opposed to the 5pm tournys featuring other formats.

pair beats straight obv.

Negreanu loves the shootout structure, that is probably why he is playing it, he also wants the ME to be Shootout. Negreanu is probably gonna make more monny of his sidebets than the 265K first Prize, so that also makes up why he is playing the 1500 event.

DN prop bets probable arent gonna be making him to much since he's already lost his Hellmuth bet, especially if it was doyles action.
