I have to say, that this post together with other posts and my own experiences with FTP makes me think twice about playing on this site.
I will probably look elsewhere to settle.
I remember wanting to switch my account to an RB one (cause turned out i signed under an affiliate in the first place and didn't even know about it, got no RB whatsoever).They kept replying "we have forwarded your email to proper department blablabla".
It went on for a month, till i got angry and told them to close my account and that i'll never play on that site again.
Didn't get an answer till this day.
It was pretty atrocious.

So, months went by, Party melted away, Stars has no rb and other sites are too small for 4tabling limits Nl100, so i had to return to FTP....but all those posts about frozen accounts make me really rethink this whole situation.
I'll be looking for a new site now.

Damn, i wish Stars wasn't such a nit fest, their support and handling of issues rocks.

I feel your frustration, makes me think legislation is good to keep these guys in check from sticking it to you. i pay my taxes anyways, but thats a different issue, lets not get on that

dude play on bodog, that site is very soft and has very many 100 nl tables going at once, their traffic might be as good if not better than ft, and they have 1-800 support, their cashouts might not be as quick, but otherwise they are a good site

damn i was just thinking about transfering some of my roll from stars to ftp, but now not so much.

well I am going to bed, 4:30 local. I will get back on to answer any questions when i wake up. Maybe I will have heard something new from FTP.
