I've felt like the team has been getting outplayed physically at times this year, but it was nice to see people step up the Flyers decided to get ugly.

Also, did this win give Buffalo the record for most consecutive undefeated road games to start a season?

They tied a team record for consecutive road wins at 10 with a 7-4 win over the Canes tonight. Wild game, as usual. Buffalo played their best period in the first, led 3-0. Played a real bad second and led 3-2 after two. Canes tied it at three early in the third, and Buffalo just roared back with three quick ones to seal it. 15-1-1, home against Ottawa on Wednesday.

buffalo leading the leafs 3-2. geez, the sabres power play looks unstoppable.

edit : 4-2. geez, they are fast. i don't think there's a defense in the league that can skate with these guys.

They average almost a goal more a game than any team in the league. They sure pay for it defensively. Good thing Miller's back there. Crazy game tonight.

Stats

After tonight's 7, they average 4.59 a game. 2nd has 3.55 a game. That's nuts.
