Try this: Make a max block for vote counts, conditionally format if a rows vote count is the max.

Last thing I will say on Excel in this thread:
I couldn't recall if you could do more with conditionaly formatting (like change text) because I never use it.

Ok horn, be a real geek and add some check boxes and radio buttons for customization, and maybe a web front end!

And nested ifs are teh win here if you are lazy. The next pog challenge should be excel based.
