Guys, this is an intern who is getting college credit for this. He's going to be gone soon either way--it's not as if he's likely to be fired.

Edit: I just read the part where Fred is considering suing the boss. Three thoughts: one, he has no reasonable case; the picture was posted publicly. Two, I'm sure he can find a douchebag lawyer who will take the case anyway. Three, Fred should DIAGF if he's serious about suing.
