you dont get much in munich, germany: 125 m2 in 4,5 rooms for 370.000 EUR. (it is as small as it looks)

croatia, istria, build 1863, 330 m2 living space on 3000 m2 ground with view to the sea for 350.000 EUR. ( and i am sure that you can find easily something better than that)
