The bonus is deducted up front at Bodog. If a player makes a 5k deposit his MGR will start at -500.

Unless something has changed recently, at Bodog you receive the bonus right away to your poker/sportsbook account. They won't let you cash out with it until it is cleared, but you can play with it at the tables.

No one has adressed my original question here.

Do negative balances carry over from month to another on Bodog? Let´s say there´s a casino or sportsbook player on Bodog, who gets a big win on one month, so he ends up for the month and therefore doesn´t produce any profit to his affiliate on a revenue program for that month. Now I know as an online casino affiliate myself, that 99% of casino´s do not carry over negative revenue balances for the next month for their affiliates. But does Bodog?

I couldn´t find that in their affiliate section on their web page. I would like to hear an answer before I start to bitch about this to my Bodog affiliate, thanks.
