Obviously, the OP is really into fitness, and the girlfriend is really into food. They seem to have such fundamentally different views on how they lead their lives. It would certainly be appropriate for the OP to want a girlfriend who shares his views and interests, and he is not shallow for wanting that.

But I don't think it's right to assume the OP is somehow "better" than the girl because his priorities are different. The girl in the picture is not fat, and is certainly not unhealthy. If the OP wants a girlfriend who is into eating healthy and working out, then he should get one. But the girl is not failing him by not automatically abandoning her interests and adopting his. And she is not lazy just because she has a different view of what a healthy weight is than he does. He knew what he was getting into by dating a girl who loves food and wants to be a pastry chef, and has shown no interest in exercise; he has no right to expect her to change.

In case the culinary thing doesn't work out for your future ex-girlfriend, she probably has a career in human resources. All of those broads are fat and have an unhealthy obsession with Krispy Kremes.

She is holding you back big time. You just need to tell her straight up that she needs to make a change in her lifestyle and get her ass to the gym. If she can't make atleast a noticeable change in her diet and exercise than you will have much bigger issues down the road. Also, when you do tell her she's not the same as when you started dating, try and make it more about her health rather than your needs. If she is doing it for herself she is more inclined to actually make the change. If you make it about your needs, she is more likely to just say F you.
