Hi Kermit,

I apologize for missing your response in the previous post. Cashouts over $5,000 were separated into two checks due to check amount restrictions. The checks were sent separately so you may receive one before the other. There are a couple of players that can confirm they received the second check the next day.

If you were approved for the amount, there is nothing that you have to do further.
