just post hands, give your thoughts on other peoples questions and so forth. dont expect people to tell you the answer to questions like "what is player XXXXX biggest leak and how do i exploit it" though. especially if your trying to plug your own leaks, after all we are trying to take each others money [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] but everyone here is (usually) really helpfull when you have a specific question and a hand to highlight your dilemma with.

and fwiw, i think MrFish is more than an ok player, but has room for improvement but who among the 2/4 regs doesnt?

Jay's postflop play was definitely optimal here, pf is marginal, i'd usually 3-bet or fold, but i don't hate a call.
