So I've almost always played at Stars. I've never really been a bonus chaser or rakeback user. So, I finally get rakeback and a nice bonus at a new site. I can't win a hand despite everybody being completely ridiculously clueless fancy playing loose ATMs. I doubt I'll be able to clear the bonus before busto and don't feel like investing more in this site. I'm guessing this is standard.

i woke up at 1:30pm today. made breakfast at 3.

1 potato, cut up and fried in olive oil.
2 eggs, over easy.
salt and pepper those tates and dry them off on a paper towel.
then put those on a plate and slide the eggs on over the top.
pop those yolks and let the party begin.

[/ QUOTE ]

I use this sandwich as my postlift meal.

2 slices english muffin toasting bread, toasted (good sugary carbs to replenish glycogen)
1/4c cottage cheese (high protein mayo replacement)
3 eggs whites, leave the yolks if you're like that, topped with fresh ground pepper, fried in pam(mmm protein)
1/4 cup diced ham, fried in pam (the type they put in omelettes)
1 slice american cheese (awesome gooeyness to hold it all together)

wash it down with a shake, get huge.
