There was ~95k put in the pot preflop. 100k on turn.

Barry and Doyle both look steaming because they obv think they're hugely EV in this game.

Barry caught a gin card there.

raised to 4200 "preflop"

raised to 100K on the "flop"

raised to 200K on the turn

checked on river

200 + 100 + 4.2= $304,200

am I wrong?

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes. You're wrong.

The turn bet was $100,000. The pre-flop and flop betting combined was less than $100,000.

no Im sure they bet the flop before it even came out and then sammy fired 200K at the turn and they checked the river

[/ QUOTE ]

100 on the turn 90ish before that. The final pot was around 390. Gold lost around 190-195.

If that hand had been played silently, I think Farha would have checked the river anyway. If someone had called that much all the way, he might have been afraid that his Aces weren't good anymore.

[/ QUOTE ]

But it wasn't played silently. No excuse for not betting.

If it weren't for the dark flop betting, your analysis might be right. In a big pot, it's not a good board for Aces when you can't put your opponent on a big hand pre-flop.

LOL at Doyle's doubletake(?) on his T2.

I never hated Jamie Gold before I watched that AA vs. KK hand. I now know why so many people despise him. "I know you have aces, but I HAVE to call." No you don't, you donk. If you know someone has a certain hand, and you're beaten, you can't call. Dumbass. Douchebag. I now hate him too.

I would hate Jamie if he was at my table and I had lots of money to play him

HA! Doyle: "He made 50 I wouldn't have made."

I love it.

I don't think anyone can doubt that Barry is a little POed at this point.
