In the other thread Karak said he bench his weightx10. I said it once and i'll say it again, yes the exercises are different, blah blah, but there is no way somebody wins this bet and lifts that little. Hustled imo.

And lol at the standard 'YO I CAN DO 1000 PUSHUPS IN A MINUTE WITH MY DICK!' Yes i'm sure you can, and this means you're in good shape. Good for you. I used to run a 40 in under 5 seconds because I ran a lot. This is what happens. If you do work out you will be able to 1000 pushups if not more. Thank you for pointing this out to everybody.

I know what you mean. I used to be able to run a mile in 4mins 30secs but then I started smoking and got old. Now I drive one in about 1min depending on the speed limit.

There is noway in hell anyone can bench ten times their bodyweight. Unless he is crippled from the waist and below.
