the rake at FTP NL10 got to be bad. I would play stars NL10 instead.

[/ QUOTE ]

i paid 16 bis in rake last month. 16! thats [censored] insane, even with rakeback

brag: still winning 12.5 bb/100

[/ QUOTE ]

I played at 10NL a couple months ago, then moved to 25NL...

I think I found that I pay more rake per hand at 10NL as I do at 25NL...actually almost twice as much if I remember correctly. (I'll check back through my PT stats in a little while)

ya, that's right, more rake at 10NL than at stakes 2.5x those stakes

it is ridiculous

BTW I already payed 16 buyins in rake this month at 25NL...

but I have played 23,000 hands already

Yeah, capped at 20BB. I paid $25 rake in that session according to PT, don't know if that figure's calculated properly though.

Worse, my rakeback account got closed a couple weeks ago and I was gonna move my roll to Stars, but I was waiting for a friend to transfer me $50 he owed on FTP first. Coulda skipped the doomswitch.

lololol i swear the super massive overbet on the river play with a massive hand is so [censored] profitable. love it, nh.

In case you weren\'t sure you were screwed....

My favorite hand from last night - the one that probably ultimately made it a losing night...

$25 full tilt. I'm UTG with $30. DUDE is a really bad loose semi aggressiveish.... 47/8/.8ish type to my left who has me covered. And another unremarkable GUY in the CO who will be along for awhile.

I raise to $1 UTG with 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

DUDE calls. Guy calls. all else fold.

FLOP ($3.35) 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

I bet $3. DUDE calls. GUY calls.

TURN ($12.35) 10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

I lead out for $8. DUDE raises it to $18. GUY folds. I'm thinking, JESUS I know people just love 10J... but he would raise any 10 here and he is an idiot. I can't be sure I'm screwed. I call.

RIVER ($48.35) J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Just to make sure I had no doubt that I was going to be reamed.

I check. He bets my last $8.... And I feel appropriately reamed.

Re: In case you weren\'t sure you were screwed....

looks like when i stop running hot i'll be back to breaking even... unless i can make people fold which probably won't happen.

Beat: After this hand, he explained he called because he thought I was bluffing since he had raised me the hand before and figured I was trying to get back at him. I assured him I usually shove all-in for less than a min-reraise with hands that don't beat A high. I sat at the table with him until he left, but never ogt my money back.

Brag: Despite this hand, I ended up 13BB/100
