Without reads, I check behind here. I check behind because there are very few hands that will hang around on the flop and turn that we now beat at the river. The river brought 4 to a flush. We only beat an Ax or a mid PP with no diamond.

However, the fact that this guy didnt bet the river tells me that he either doesnt have a flush or has the A high flush. I save the bet and check behind.

first to act I'd bet fold all day against a normal player. With position, you don't beat much, I'd just check behind.
