Default Winstar to start serving booze?

I just got back from playing at Choctaw and one of the old guys at my table said he talked to the entertainment director, or tournament director, or something director, and they told him they were going to start serving booze.

I have not heard of this before, but then again, I had no reason to ask.

Anyone heard anything about this, or can anyone ask next time they go?

It's on their list of things they are trying to get passed, along with other table games.

Who knows when it might happen.

Passed by who? It isn't a state law preventing it. (Cherokee casino in Tulsa serves alcohol).

I think table games, however, is a state law. That might be awhile for sure.

I was at Winstar yesterday and heard some guys saying something about putting drunks on the highway back to Dallas and didn't know what they were talking about, maybe this was it.

It could be "we'll serve booze soon" just like "the new room will open next week." If so, they may serve booze sometime in 2013 or so.

People at Winstar have a tendency to talkk about what they would LIKE to happen as if it's going to happen when they really have no idea what they're talking about.

Are you admitting you have no idea what the answer to the question is?

Well I did hear it at a poker table in an Indian casino. And I just read it on the internet (albeit in my own post above) so it MUST BE TRUE. Poker table talk and internet forums are where I get all my information and I'm pretty sure both are always dead on.
