Don't auto-rate yourself BUT ALSO switch off auto-rate for other players too. It will speed up PT 80%+ ftw.

Over 700 hands lol. +230 yehaa. Was gunna post a graph but w.e. takes too much time. Only misplayed one hand, and it was really really bad. Lost $40 instead of 20, which is pretty terrible when u think about it. I will likely be taking shots at 100NL by this weekend. Maybe bye-bye unl?

This is my June thus far, Im such a [censored] tilt monkey. This is my 2nd 12BI downswing at 50nl, mostly from tilt too. The biggest leak in my game is emotional control. I mean I still get happy after a winning session and mad after a losing one, even if I had to suckout hard in the winning one and get sucked out on in the losing session. This is embarrassing so Im posting it. If I could control tilt then Id be having &gt;$1500 months every month. My only real poker goal now is to just get to 5ptbb/100 @ 100nl so that 30k hands/mo = $3k/month. Then Id at least be making decent scratch from poker. /rant

yea, 1/2 stacking NL10 until i built a BR on the site. i know it is a no no, but would just do it until i got the BR to play full and/or move up.

barry, don't worry about winning and losing sessions. just consider it all one long session, and try to play your hands like you'd want to play them if there was only one session you could play in your life.

Don't 1/2 stack 10nl, that would just be like playing 5 nl with a smaller edge. Also the 10% rake at FT nL10 will just kill you rake back or not. The only way to make this work at FT would be to play .25/.50 limit where they don't take ridiclous rake but you probaly don't want that. But if you can move to FT, you can deposit more money anyways right? Forgot about Full tilt until you hit 25 nl, where the rake is normal, and you can deposit more money to get the most out of the initial deposit bonus.

Just take a shot at 10 nl now and then. You can try the .02/.05 blinds on stars first. Getting too anxious to move up is a recipe for disaster.
