Eric came here to try and warn people that FTP were theives, those were his own words in one of the very early posts..he did not come here for a solution.

and you're point is...?
[ QUOTE ]
His right not to have a defense was infringed upon.

Defense from what?
[ QUOTE ]
And that crap about its ok to admit you are wrong......hahahahahahahahahahaha now that IS funny and also Hypocritical. You simply cannot admit you are wrong,

[/ QUOTE ]
What is there to admit I'm wrong about?
[ QUOTE ]
you have twisted and turned away from directly answering my original questions from the first time you quoted me (take a look back if you do not believe).

[/ QUOTE ]
Nope not going to look back but your free to repeat what ever questions you asked me and i'll answer them for you.
[ QUOTE ]
You are abviously bored and I guess this makes you feel big and clever, but IMO its pathetic.

[/ QUOTE ]
I'm not trying to be clever about anything. Just pointing out that you can't wrap your head around simple facts.
[ QUOTE ]
Like I already said, ITS OVER...ftp have come back with all the answers to the questions that were being asked and so this thread may as well die now. I am now FULLY done with this and you...cya numpty

Yeah, provide an exit for yourself so that you can stop with your poor excuses for arguments. Ignorance is bliss I suppose, have a nice life.

Ok you win I am back, I need to try and get this straighten with you because you seem so far up your own backside that you have missed the point of this thread and the outcomes of it.

My point is that this site is not meant to be used for holding companies responsible for their actions. You implied that it was meant exactly for that..so again you are wrong. As I have said above eric just came here to give FTP Bad press (initially I thought it was to protest his innocence)

[ QUOTE ]

To have a defense against the allegations that were made against him by the site, as I have already pointed out to you, He should have had the right to appeal and prove his innocence (although again we found out that he is not)

[ QUOTE ]

If you were correct in all your arguments then explain why FTP came back and dealt with all the issues that this thread brought up?

I have already asked you the questions throughout this thread and you have actually not answered any of them directly. Thats why I thought you may be a politician.

No this is obviously not the case, you are just being obtuse and I not quite sure of the reasons why. Have I offended a friend of yours during this thread or something?

I provided an exit because this is still going nowhere and I am sure that the other members are sick of seeing this continue. It's your arguments that have been poor IMO, because most of my issues have been addressed by the site (along with a lot of other users' as well), but your arguments about the way corporate companies operate etc is just of absolutely no relevance to this situation, this whole thread has been about the P2P'ers outrage at FTP's methods of practice in dealing with suspected fraud cases.

Well, he waved that good bye by agreeing to FTP's T&C. It's really that simple. You don't have a right to making a business change the way it works just because you think it ought to. As you have mentioned someone from the fraud department has shown up and while for some reason you think that makes me wrong, it shows what I've been telling you along, that businesses are kept in check by consumers that may refraim from not spending money at there site. They didn't need some regulatory body to do so, they did so because the free market without regulations demanded it.

How does FTP showing up make me wrong? This is why I haven't answered your questions. They're not relevent. Your basically asking "Will you admit 2+2=5 since the capital of New York is Albany?"

nope, really your posts have annoyed me and I have also taken a bit of pity on you and tried to explain to you the error of your ways. Unfortunately for you it must not be working.

Perhaps the only thing to make this thread worth continuing would be if Brandi Hawbaker were to post her opinion on the whole situation.

Yes that is better you are learning.

[ QUOTE ]

....Yes you did, you basically said, in not so many words, that he came here to make FTP give him some answers because this forum had enough power to hold a corporate company accountable, where as in fact he came he to give them bad press.

[ QUOTE ]

You seem to have gotten this a little confused....I have been telling you from the start that we needed to get FTP to look at their codes of practice in regards to the fraud cases and you said that we do not have the right to do this because we agreed to the T+C's, then you next say that we have been able to hold them accountable...yes that was our aim. You contradict yourself in the same paragraph. If FTP had not come back on here to help out then nothing would have been done and there are probably not many companies that would have done what they did in these circumstances and that is where the governing bodies are required. There is also the matter of the cases that have not been posted here, if there was a governing body, then they would have someone to take their cases to.

But in your previous post you told me that you had answered my questions..? another contradiction. Also FTP showing up makes you wrong because you said that basically it is tough **** for the consumers because we agreed to the T+C's and FTP showing up have proved that this certainly is not the case, they are showing regardless of what T+C's we agreed to, their methods were incorrect and so they are trying to implement improvements.

You see, I was right you don't like to be challenged and take it personally....obviously. What are the error of my ways? wanting a site to improve its relationship with the consumers on 2+2? Or maybe trying to help out someone I initially believed to be innocent??

God you're an idiot. In addition to taking an economics class I suggest you take a logic class, and generally trying to put together a thought. Sorry to everyone who had to endure the bumps I made to this thread and listen to this guys idiotic ramblings. I vow to not waste any more time on your stupidity.
