I didn't take the Kuo bat flip seriously. He's a 25 year old kid from Japan who probably doesnt know the etiquette, has no ability to hit and just got excited that he crushed a ball 412 feet.

Oof, just noticed I wrote Japan. He's from Taiwan, and I am apparently a racist.

edit: if you watch the replay, Maine has turned around and is watching the ball fly off so I doubt he even saw the flip.

kuo is 2-7 lifetime...both wins have come against the mets...and he can't hit, so i'm not going to rip on him too much for this...

This is so bad. I feel like a Royals fan...wierd thing is though is that the Mets are still in 1st.

Wow, baseball is awesome. Betemit smokes one, then everything goes wrong and the Mets give up 2 more. Not a great time of year when a 2 run deficit seems completely insurmountable.

lol, I know a Royals fan. Since he has no expectation of winning he instead focuses on the positives and ignores the players who suck. When you start looking for positives in a 50-112 season than you will truly know what Royals fans feel. eg "We got Gil Meche!!! Our Savior!!"
