So I don't think we need 2p2s permission to send anything, because imo this is coming from the bbv community + whoever else wants to join in.

I wasn't sure whether it would be better for a news release to exchange "poker player" for the word "gambler" since I may have used either at the time, and poker player is more relevant to the UIGEA exception that poker people want. [/ QUOTE ] You don't have to match the names. There just needs to be a list of name + amounts so that people who have donated can check the list to see if their donations is on there. And then at the end for barry to confirm that the amount he received from you is the same as the total amount from the list. You could even take screen shots of the Stars-transfer page. Edit: Obv, I'm 110% sure that you're 120% honest but the point is that not having any trace of the cash flow is just a receipe for disaster.
