[/ QUOTE ] I did not find the explanation half-assed at all... in fact, it contained more information than I expected would be released publically. Which is not to say that I think the information should not have been provided to eric earlier in the process... clearly it would be better for the sites to provide more detailed information to people who's accounts are frozen during investigations, and at their conclusion. Finally, it has been clear that FTPDoug does not respond to threads in the forum on a daily basis, and may not even read it as frequently as some of us. His last post was on 11/29 and if you review his posting history, you can see his pattern as a part-time forum poster. |

Look we can argue this thread all day long and it really has not gotten anyone anywhere. I dod not realise that one of these thread pops up every week, but there are still accounts being frozen, see the links in above posts. I personally would not be happy if a site told me that I had been involved in fraudulent activity, they closed my account, seized my money and ignored my appeals for innocence. It is just frightening that they can TELL you that there has been fraudulent activity and there is no way of you proving your innocence. Once they have made up their minds on the matter, you (as the accused) are fooked.
