multitablers! i'm trying my hand at this, and on 20 inch screen, can only run 6 comfortably on stars, but even these overlap. What's the solution to increase the count? Big monitor? second screen? I'd love to see some pics of sweet setups. [/ QUOTE ] They aren't cheap and you need a high end video card to run them, but the 30" dell monitors are sweet. I needed a new computer so ordered one from dell with the 30" and high end video card etc. and the setup was about 4k. I run the 30 which you can 12 table with no overlap and then have a 21" monitor next to it for web surfing etc. I'm at work so don't have any pics but it is a nice setup. |

[/ QUOTE ] I have it set to 1600x1200 and keep the tables full size. You end up with a little overlap but if you set your self to always be in the same seat you can always see your hole cards. You could minimize them just a little bit with no overlap, but they get just a little bit small for me. I'm 39 so my eyes arent as good as they used to be. I think it would be well worth it for you since you 12 table a lot. I'll try to remeber to post a screen shot later. |

A 30" monitor with 1600x1200 sounds like a waste to me unless you have bad sight (or money to spare ). What's the max resolution?

For Dell Widescreens check eBay. I bought a 20 for my office and a 22 for my home, and they are great.

I arrange 12 tables in my dell 15 inch laptop, why do you care about over lap??? Its not as if you can watch all the players at all the tables... or can you....

I think the normal resolution for 30'' monitors is 1920x1600 which should do 9 tables with no resizing and little to no overlap or 12 tables with very little resizing.
But I speculate, I place 4 tables on my 20'' 1600x1200 and 4 tables on my 15'' 1024x768 laptop screen. It works mostly OK for me and is much better than my previous setup. |
