My argument isn't flawed. You made a statement of fact when you said "...there are also a lot of worrying questions in the behaviour of FTP in freezing accounts and confiscating money and without any reasonable evidence." I personally believe this evidence exists because Doug said that it does. Whether it does or doesn't the only people who will know will be those at Full Tilt's fraud department and Eric.

Looking at your procedures for dealing with a fraudulent case it is exactly the point I have been trying to make. What if eric, or the player concerned, was actually innocent? what could they do about this situation? Having their money taken, account frozen, emails ignored and branded a criminal is too harsh without being able to see exactlytly what you have supposedly done. Help me out guys, am I wrong? Do you think this is reasonable behaviour? I might be totally wrong in thinking it is, please could someone who has not been massively involved, post and respond to me on this. Thanks

Of course it's reasonable. It just isn't entirely fair. I don't think anyone in this thread is disputing that Full Tilt didn't handle this well. But your ongoing arguments are a little silly when we have already been told that Full Tilt is restructuring its fraud department to address exactly the concerns that you are so concerned about.

So somehow in every other case Doug looked into the matter and somehow discovered that the OP was wrongly accused. Why would he change his method in this case? Why do you think that his method would fail him in this case only?

I think you have read too much into ONE sentence of Doug's and have based your entire feeling of indignation upon it. As I said earlier in this thread, "Here is the timeline as I understand it" is a figure of speech and certainly can't be taken to mean that Doug was told the situation instead of actually looking into it.
