just saw peyton hang his oline in the fox halftime show, what a classy guy

[/ QUOTE ]

I loved this... "I'm going to be a team guy here, but our protection was not good today. All I can say is that we lost this game because I had no protection." (paraphrased, but that was the jist of it). He's such a scumbag and I hope he is looking forward to his team's years of mediocrity.

[/ QUOTE ]

This surprised me. I was used to Ty Willingham throwing his players under the bus while at Notre Dame after a big loss ala "we didn't execute," but certainly didn't expect a normally classy Peyton Manning to do the same for his O line.

I don't think I hate anyone more than I do jerome bettis, by the way.

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm shocked anyone could think this. The guy blew it, big time, but he's one of the greatest running backs of all time and is as humble as they come. I felt sick for the guy.

[/ QUOTE ]

I hate it for the same reason people hate peyton manning, brett favre, tom brady....

tired of hearing him fawned over excessively. he picks up 4th and 1 and he gets blown. it's tiring. he runs for 6 yards and it's a big run. it's retarded.

[/ QUOTE ]

Hate the media, Jack. Hate the media.

[/ QUOTE ]

Agreed. Don't hate the playa. Hate the game.

Yeah, great play to save the game there. (for a QB, at least) Not like Manning makes that play though.

Manning would have jumped out of the way and then yelled at the right tackle for not chasing the guy down.

Is that the same harper from this story?
http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/wire?...amp;id=2292541

Also, since when was your wife stabbing you in the knee a traffic accident?

I wonder if the stab was what made him go down? Looks like the arm is right on the knee.

There's a phrase people like you might want to remember.

"It is better to be silent and be thought a fool, than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt."

Unfortunately, I think you're a little beyond that. And before you even got 100 posts...

No way Manning lays out to make that tackle like Ben did. Take your losses like a man and admit that your team has a pretty boy QB who is more worried about his stats and not putting himself at risk than winning ball games. It will be much healthier for you than living in denial.

What have you been drinking? Because if it makes your world that messed up, I wanna stay away from it.

Look, even sublime has already agreed with me that you're an idiot. You know how bad you have to be for Sublime to agree with ME on ANYTHING? Think about it.
