16:59(that 1 second made me so happy) for the 5k, 1:58 for 800, and like 4:38 in the mile(hated the mile so much lol). This was all back in high school though, got to college and decided not to continue. Won state in XC and went to state for the 800 in track

Can anybody help with some simple EV stuff I dont remember how to do?

We are SB w/ Ad9d. BTN raises to 4BB w/ AA, we call in SB, every1 else folds.

Pot = 9BB

Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

We lead 7BB, BTN raises to 30BB, we shove....being a 48/52 dog we lose $4 every time we do this....how do I calc stuff if BTN will fold a certain % of the time?

Can anybody please show me? Thanks

I could smoke bobbo then ?

Actually, ironically a few nights ago when I was in a car with a few friends, my indian roommate from freshman year started talking about high school sports. Somehow, he ended up challenging me to a 5k run in the next month. This kid is like 5'3 and while he's in shape, he doesn't really know how to run, but he's definately in shape. On the other hand, I'm like 25 pounds heavier than high school but a good 3 inches taller, but out of shape(obviously) comparitively. Gonna be interesting.

well im still in high school. last year spring track season and im [censored] sick right now. hopefully i get over this asap alrdy missed 2 days and season started on tuesday(was sick but ran the meet).

2 mile in 10:15 is my pb now too

1 mile 4:40 indoors hoping to get to 4 29 by end of spring

800 2:03 last year outdoor

5k pb is 16:39

we're looking to qualify for nationals in the 4 by mile + 4 by 8 and hopefully become all americans in the fromer.. we alrdy have 3 guys at 4:30 or under and two at 4:40(me and another kid). the qualifying time is 1745 so should be fun.. but ffs i cant afford to miss anymore days .

edit: im fairly confident i can get down to 4 29 too in the mile, pending i got over this sickeness ASAP. ive been doubling up my runs and was going to plan on tripling(run before school, run at practice, and run at night) just easy extra distance.

yo orange,

No. guy raises UTG to $8, I flat called with AK, you repopped to 38, I didn't think you would squeeze an UTG raiser and me so I folded easily. At the time I considered pushing but thought better of it and gave you the benefit of the doubt.
