good news: my hand reading skills are sharper than ever before

bad news: i dropped alot of $$ trying to get them to fold their marginal hands

c/r bluffing the turn/river is suicide

So true...there will be two aces on the board and I'll know they don't have it, but I get snap called by 2nd pair. Or my favorite hand from yesterday, flop board QJxxQ, I cram river and get looked up by J8o

A very important part is knowing if they can fold a hand also. so if they can not fold a marginal hand then value bet them to death when ahead and fold when behind... even if you know they have crap. bluffing is over-rated and often unneccessary vs. many opponents
