I searched but wasn't able to find the thread about the Golden State/Indiana trade. Would be interesting to bring that up now. From what I remember the cw on this board was that it was a sweet trade for the Warriors. The cw on ESPN was that it was a sweet trade for the Pacers. lol......
WRT to the Golden State bandwagonism, I live in the bay area but am not a Warrior fanboi. I've always been amazed at how much love that team gets from its fanbase around here considering they've sucked for about 15 years now. The Golden Stat fans definitely deserve this run. |

I still think it could be a sweet trade for Indiana. Diogu has the potential to become a total beast. Dunleavy/Murphy or Jackson/Harrington.. it doesn't really make much difference for them. They're a mess one way or the other, so they picked up a potential young stud.
On paper, Harrington/Jackson isn't a huge upgrade over Dunleavy/Murphy, but Jackson seems to really be thriving under Nellie whereas Dunleavy was really awful. Harrington has been awful this series, though. |

The trade made sense for both teams, but I highly doubt this ends up being better than just an ok trade for Indiana. |

I rarely remember seeing any of you GS fanboys in the regular season, unless it was near the end of the season when it looked as though "your" team was making the playoffs. Fan Boys suit some of you fools well. Only one GS fan comes to mind, AllinDan because atleast he made a GS regular season thread. [/ QUOTE ] i had partial season tickets during the run tmc days, but these days, i don't watch much hoops during the year. i are fanboi and it dont bother me |

I'm not a Warriors fan (I actually like the Kings and for the most part they are considered Rivals). I just think it's funny that someone posted (barryc83) that there was no way in hell that GSW could win the next series. I bet they won't but they have a shot. The biggest problem Dallas has is they have no inside scoring, something both Utah and Houston do have and this is what is killing them against the GSW. I just think it's funny that they are choking. This is a choke job. Let's imagine a 67 win Bulls team losing in the first round, it'd seem kidna crazy.

While I was crapping on GS earlier in this thread, it is neat they are playing so well and it is awesome for their fans, who have had to watch horrible teams for a while. I was merely pointing out that GS isn't that good.
Also, RJ, how many Sonics or Blazers games were on national TV? My guess is 1. So shut your yapper. Also, AllinDan, I vividly recall the bandwagon that followed Seattle 3 years ago. It is completely understandable, but incredibly gay at the same time. |
