It's just when you state something that FTP supposedly feels, don't put your own words in quote marks as if that is what FTP has said. It's a tad misleading.

For instance, Eric just wants to "know how they caught him".

Are they supposed to argue with the OP over the issue forever? Op himself has detailed records of correspondance with the site. The site believes he cheated and told him of it after looking at it for 2 months.

Sorry, you are right about one thing...I said mis-quoted and I meant to say mis-represented. Have FTP responded to the concerns about possible mistakes in the fraud department leading to account seizures in their Zoo forum?

Lol, again you are implying that I said consumers don't matter and I actually said was that they cannot make a DIFFERENCE in this case...hence, the no show (after Dougs posting, which was bound to have been biased) and no evidence to support their claims, which is what a number of the consumers on here requested.

Apart from the e-mails they have never really argued with the OP at all from what I can tell because they will not answer e-mails (also been noted by other players)and they have stopped posting on here. Also I have never said directly that the site is dishonest, this could have easily been a genuine mistake, but my issue is that they will not come back and explain why they do not have to prove their case or why eric isn't allowed a defence to their allegations.

Well, many, many posts later, and I've yet to actually hear eric's defense. Does he actually have one? And it's my experience that arguing with a liar is a waste of time. Like this whole damn thread has been.

eric's been given ample opportunity to prove his credibility, and has yet to do so. In the beginning, I lent some credence to the fact that eric might be telling the truth and was a victim of circumstance. I AM NOW TOTALLY CONVINCED THAT HE IS GUILTY!

In the beginning, I lent credence to the fact that burnleymik was not a friend of eric's and just happened upon this post to defend him just because he believes him. NOW I AM TOTALLY CONVINCED HE IS A FRIEND OF ERIC'S!

If the two of you wanted to be believed, you should have shut up a long time ago.

I'm done with this thread. It will never go anywhere. And I can leave feeling pretty confident that eric is the thief, not FTP.

I am NOT a friend of erics, I do not know anything about him apart from what I have read on this thread, but I am just not prepared to convict someone without any actual evidence.I am also fed-up of trying to explain myself and it is becoming boring. I have already told everyone how to check out I am genuine and if you have not done that, then you are making a decision without all the facts.

I think microbob makes some good points that eric is not very good at defending himself, which is why he is probably in the situation he is now. You can believe what you like Jan, that is your opinion, but please do not judge me to be a part of any criminal activity because that is something I would never do.

You seem to have read through this thread, picked points out, interpreted them to suit your opinion, not had a response from eric to your questions and so decided that because he has not answered what you wanted him to and in the timeframe you required, then obviously this must mean his is guilty as hell......lol.

But they do make a DIFFERENCE in this case. If they think it's going to hurt their business to much (ie, stopoing people from playing there and generating rake) THEN THEY WOULDN'T DO IT. Therefore, they are being held accountable for their actions ON THIS VERY SITE.

SO why have FTP not been back on here then to explain???????? And just because the site "believes" he has cheated, does that actually make it gospel??? Should they not have to prove a case like this? what if you were in this situation, you recieved a series of e-mails, as eric did and you came here for help, but the people here told you that because FTP have looked into this case for 2 months you MUST be guilty?? Nonesense.

Tell me how we have made a difference in this case, because I definately beg to differ here. They obviously dont believe this is going to hurt their business then do they? or they dont care if it does because lets be honest we (not me now) are a very small proportion of their players. I just can't see what is promptimg you to think that the 2+2'ers have made any difference to FTP's fraud department policies in any way. They can still shut a players account down if they believe it to be fraudulent and the player cannot defend themselves against such action. There needs to be a regulatory body or an independant panel that is specifically setup to sorts these cases out. DO YOU GET IT??
