wow Brodeur is great and all, but Kiprusoff's numbers this year were phenominal and is the only reason the Flames even made the playoffs the last 2 years. I know he hasn't had the sustained greatness like Brodeur, but right now I would take Kiprusoff over Brodeur without any hesitation

I'm so angry with Dallas right now... I went to the SC finals games in 1999, 2000, and went to games 1,2 this year... It was just depressing...

I think the Rangers signing Chara right now would be a big mistake. At best, he'll sign for max money for 5 years, if not longer.

They're not a SC team right now. They really won't be one in the next couple years, because I don't think Jagr will keep playing like he is.

They're better off saving the cap space for when they are close to a cup run, and see what's out there at that time, and what they need. I don't think a big 5-year contract is the best thing for the Rangers right now. See - the past 7 years. See - the Knicks.

It's very likely by the end of his career, he'll be the best ever. He's still young, and has more than a few years left in him. It's pretty hard to say a guy is the best ever when he's still playing.
