wow. have any of you who said you cant call collusion based on one hand started to change your mind now that there are 4 which are very supsicious to say the least?

[/ QUOTE ]

No, I haven't changed my mind that you can't call collusion based on one hand.

However now that you look at a bunch of hands, it does seem weird!

Why UB will never admit collusion exists.

1. A rough estimate 2000 players average seated(300 tables) x 70 hands/ hour x 1 dollar rake per hand = 0.5Millon dollars in profit every day.

2. If one rich player would be accused of collusion and he decided to sue there will be a many years PR nightmare for them and no more 0.5M$ / day profit.

3. UB knows how easy it is to start new accounts so even banning them will do no good.

4. They have to say playing is safe and collusion doesn't exist otherwise it will hurt their business.

Sue them where?

These sites can do pretty much whatever they want to, and individual players wouldn't have any recourse (other than whatever bad publicity they can generate).

Every country has it laws.
They would not sue to win money.
They would sue to [censored] with the sites because they got pissed off.

If they get some major newspaper to pick up on it they would
create a PR nightmare for UB.

It is a known fact that companies and people sue for other reasons than to get money. There is law firms that get 100% money from their clients for that.

Everyone knows they won't get a dime.

all the hh's show these two in the hand together. how often does one of them fold preflop when the other is in the hand?

[/ QUOTE ]

i said that i would bet that they are not coluding because of the 250 hands i played with them these are the only suspicious ones. and in some i posted they had a clear opportunity to bet someone out but didn't. one or the other folds pf plenty as well.

how much do you think they expect to earn by colluding every 1 in 10 chances?

how much do you think they expect to earn by colluding 10 in 10 chances?

how much do you think they expect to earn by colluding 0?

which is > over 50k hands?

Default CONCLUSION:

get on ultimate buddy w/ every person in the bigger games and tell them NOT to play when hongbird and dumbanimal are at a table.

let the games dry up and force them to change accts or stop colluding.

then watch every hand very carefully.

or dont play at all.
