I don't normally get involved with threads like this one, but here's a little anecdote for you. I saw Layne Flack playing in a low buy-in tournament in Vegas last year. One of the guys at the final table with him asked who he feared the most in no-limit tournaments. Layne said it was Hellmuth, who he considers to be the best in the world.
I'd tend to value Flack's opinion just a bit more than the OP's.

Let's see now.

Phil has made his living and supported himself by playing poker since he was what - 22 years old or something? He hasn't had a 9 to 5 job for I guess that means he doesn't know how to play. For the last 20 years he has paid his rent, bought his groceries and put gas in his car with money he has won from playing poker. Yeah - I guess that means he doesn't know what he is doing

Phil will tell you exactly what you hold by the flop, if not earlier. Phil may be annoying, but he will beat you.

Foxwoodsfiedn was the only one who understood this as a joke post. It is truly a shame that in order for my posts to receive any collection of responses, it must be a gossip post about some poker pro. Not a single one of my theory threads has ever received this many reads and responses. Of course, most of the posts here were antagonistic of me, as they should be, but some of them further degraded Phil Hellmuth, or defended him without any real knowledge of what they were talking about. Of course, someone once again brought up his accomplishments in defense of his play. Arguments were made with no more backing than mere speculation. The post by Russianbear was truly a debacle. I'm convinced some 2+2ers don't even read the information on the hold'em forums; they just waste their time here thinking up new reasons why their favorite pro is the greatest.

Kudos 2+2... kudos.
