Supposedly when she showed upto the party they took pictures of her. Which would also explain why she immediately went to the bathroom when she got there. I'm not AT ALL saying they ARE innocent...just explaining what I've heard, but I also admit that if they have absolutely zero DNA evidence on these guys, it makes me seriously question their guilt, even though at least a good % of them are dispicable human beings.

the idea that the woman was bruised before she showed up strikes me as particularly ridiculous. photos cant prove that the possible vaginal evidence was around before.
none of us have access to any of the evidence so trying to actually figure out whether they are guilty or not isnt going to get anywhere.

These Duke guys get an unfair rap. Like I said on the main board, everyone of them should sue the skank for slander to set a precedent for playing the race card.
