Lol - I think everyone finds that more useful, so that's what is does, actually.
I should explain:
You tell the script where the PartyGaming.exe is (using the button next to "Open Party at Start?"). Then you click "GO" and it *should* run Party. Then the next time you run iWitness, it will automatically open Party.
Is that clearer?

0k. It does not do that in my computer

[/ QUOTE ]Yeah, it doesn't do that on anybody's computer. I wrote it the first way. The 2nd way is better. I'll modify it to the 2nd way.

P.S. I think I probably shouldn't even have it as an option. Let them specify the location, but the checkbox is silly.

Is my computer just very special then? Or did I just imagine it?

Now everybody's computer is special like Roland's.

I also removed all the associated gui. If it can't find the default PartyGaming.exe, it'll give you the same prompt as before to locate it. It'll record the setting and everything; I just don't think it needs to be so prominent on the gui.

Also the script cannot open any tables unless i personally select the limit i want and then running the script (i click on the limit -etc 10/20- on the treeview in partypoker lobby , then its highlighed).

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm working on that - stay tuned.

[/ QUOTE ]So, there's plenty of room in the GUI now. (And we'd make room if there wasn't.) How do you want to let the user specify limit? I'm thinking a radio pair for "Limit" and "NL", and then a pull-down for game. That'd mean, upon flipping the radio button, we'd have to change the contents of the pull-down.

Come to think of it, we should do this for the 6max/Full radio button, too.

Thinking again, why do we even have two different minimums at all? If they're dumb enough to set the 6max min to 7, they won't get any tables, right? Screw-em.

edit: Done. This Gui is getting empty again.

Ha, nice. I was wondering where to fit it in.

About the limits - I just have a DDL with the different game types and a DDL with limits; I change the contents of the latter depending on the game type.
I'm fighting with Stud Hi and Hi-Low right now - why does Party think they belong in one list? Man...

[/ QUOTE ]I suppose we should make the middle list wider, too, to fit the limit. Right now it always says "Li...", and perhaps that's not the most useful of displays.

I'll hack at the gui after you upload a draft of the limit stuff.

I tried the latest version. Now it logs in but it just opens 4 tables (i am thinking its too fast -needs to give it time (?) to log in first). If i log in myself (or stop it after logging in by itself) then it opens 10 tables normally. Another issue is that the windows dont minimize. The problem concerning to select the specific limit seems to be corrected though. Thanks for your effort guys.

I read about 30 posts but understood nothing. Unfortunatly. I hope someone can help. Does the software minimize the client and open 10 tables?... or does it do something else? What is itīs purpose? Is all of this thread about one application, or one purpose. Because it looked like there were plenty of different versions among the posters.

thanks!

Does the software [...] open 10 tables

[/ QUOTE ]

It keeps as many tables matching the criteria you selected open as possible, yeah. That's it, pretty much.
You can always find the latest version on the page I linked to above.
