moira, i was writing my post while you posted, it was in reference to Reef's only. I hadn't seen yours yet, and reading it now I don't really think you're complaining very much like Reef is, I get that you're just curious about the numbers. That said, those numbers are kinda useless for determining how well you ran imo.

first free month in ages so,

$50k+ or 70k hands, whichever comes first but w/ at least 50k hands.
build back up to HIIT, so be able to mentain my heart rate at 70% of max for 25 minutes.

first day trying to grind in a while. i think i had win every pot syndrome/getting used to new limit etc. hopefully things turn around
