Tom Collins is another super simple : gin, lemon juice, simple syrup (sugar), soda water. The inventor of "sweet and sour mix" should be shot.

De facto official drink of Chile: Pisco + Coca Cola, creatively called a "Piscola" or "Piscolita."

It's super easy. Fill glass 1/2 with ice, 1:1 Pisco and Coke.

Pisco is incredibly cheap there but more expensive in the states, but still relatively cheap, $20-30 for decent bottles.

[/ QUOTE ]

Might be a nice drink, but Pisco isnīt a Chilean spirit.
Itīs Peruvian.

can someone recommend a good drink that includes Baileys?

[/ QUOTE ]

- 1:1:1 Bailey's, Kahlua & Frangelico. Frangelico is awesome.

- Pour 3/4 of a shot of Butterscotch liquor (schnapps, buttershots, whatever), then float Bailey's on top by pouring it very slowly on to the back of a spoon

- Add Bailey's to hot chocolate.

I mix with OJ alot:

OJ + Captain Morgans
OJ + Orange Grey Goose
OJ + Bacardi O
OJ + Southern Comfort

All very good and extremely easy to drink.

I mostly drink beer or gin drinks, so here's an easy one that i haven't seen mentioned

Whatever type of gin you like + Cranberry Lemonade

Actually now that I think about it, gin goes with pretty much every juice except apple.

I'm a Godfather fan, and I could see this working. I may try it out tonight, actually, since I was hankering for a drink. I'll sub Paul Masson VSOP for the Hennessey, though, since I like the former better. You have a good name for this? Godmother is taken (vodka+amaretto), unfortunately.

Edit:

Update: Yeah, this works pretty well. I miss a little bit of the edginess of either the bourbon or the Scotch, but if I was in the mood for something milder and a little sweeter than either version of the Godfather, I could see myself going for this one again.
